Summary: Room was fine. Access to the entry was a bit confusing. I had a rental car and couldn't find any help in the parking garage for the shopping center. None or not enough signs for Ibis Guests to figure it out. I had to walk outside, around the building to find the entrance. Also, the parking still ended up costing $22 even though the hotel staff gave me a validation for parking. Staff was great and very helpful.

Summary: Stayed 3 nights. The staff was great. Breakfast good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Traffic congestion during the week can be terrible. But, there is on-site underground parking. With the hotel discount, each night cost about €16.

Summary: I had an unusual experience, 2nd day there I sprained my ankle on tour and virtually stuck in my room the entire stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and we there every step on the way. I hope everyone who reads this can appreciate how important this makes a stay.

Summary: The experience was AMAZING! The best thing was the room. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us two connected rooms which have two bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful - everyone was extremely kind and helpful (despite the language barrier). The place was also near to the city and 2 minutes away were plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Summary: Booked this place as a backup, just in case I couldn't make it to the ferry in time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help bridge the language barrier. (I don't know much French, they didn't know much English). Once everything was understood, my friend and I took the keys are were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. Coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a king size bed. There are a number of eateries and even a cinema just around the corner from the hotel and it's only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. For a last minute stay, there was nothing more I could have asked for.
